If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.*1. A study or research plan in Chinese or in English, which shall no less than 800 words.

If applicants are university students, they shall provide pre-graduation certificates. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

Academic transcript in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
*8. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors.
9. Published academic papers and academic achievements (not compulsory)
*10. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form filled in English
The medical examinations results are valid for 6 months. All applicants are kindly requested to take this factor into consideration while determining the time to take this medical examination.
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - Video
